losing my energy too fast 2 Months, 3 Weeks ago  
Dear master

I am really doing my best.I know i will clean my chakra very good.
But for maybe 2 or 3 hours it is really good after that i feel i am losing that.
Especially yesterday i lost even my blood presure.I try to concentrate on first chakra,it is good for couple hours then i feel i am losing that.
Is there any way i can practice or make it stay there for longer.

It seems like you do not know really understand what chakra cleansing and activation really is. You need direct in person guidance from a master to help you.
